The room was clean. Breakfast had a good selection.
The air conditioning did NOT work. I could not sleep with the window open. It was too noisy because of a pub nearby. The communal male toilets were DISGUSTING and the lock was broken.

the location was close to the docks, handy.
The breakfast was not great, to little choice and bad quality. hash browns were very dry and the bacon was limp. also, the room felt a bit cold. After i complained, they gave me a heater, but it wasnt ideal.

i found underground parking very convenient for twenty pounds. the location was great to walk to albert dock. the pub next door was good. it was an easy walk to a shopping center. the staff were lovely and cute. breakfast was included.
